About

"I build the tools technical support runs on."

I'm a Technical Support Engineer for cross-border e-commerce. I started in network infrastructure, moved through IT support and VMware virtualization, and now build the developer tools that turn multi-hour investigations into seconds. Across three languages and four roles, the work underneath has been the same: find what's actually causing a problem and fix it at the root.
